Ms Julie Borninkhof

Julie Borninkhof is CEO at PANDA. She is also a Clinical Psychologist and recognised leader in the primary health sector.

Julie is passionate about delivering quality services to those from vulnerable communities through appropriately governed and sustainable systems. Prior to her current role, Julie worked as Executive Director Primary Care Services at NWMPHN, Director of Primary Care Services for the Inner North West Melbourne Medicare Local and was General Manager of Mental Health and a clinician with both the Melbourne General Practice Network and the Rockingham Kwinana Division of General Practice.
